Submission Guidelines

for

Witchcraft TV, Pagan Music TV, & The Witchy Kids Network

Witchcraft TV is a platform for showcasing original and creative content related to witchcraft, magic, and the occult. We are looking for submissions that are engaging, informative, and entertaining, and that reflect the diversity and richness of the witchcraft and pagan community. If you have a video, podcast, or other media project that you would like to share with us, please follow these guidelines:

- Your submission must be original and not previously published or distributed elsewhere.

- Your submission must be respectful of all people, beliefs, and practices, and not promote hate, violence, or discrimination of any kind.

- Your submission must be in one of the following formats: MP4, MOV, AVI, WMV.

- Your submission must be 30-60 minutes in length for videos and podcasts,

- Your submission must include a title, a brief description,

- Your submission must include your name, email address, and a short bio of yourself.

To submit your project, please upload to YouTube and provide a link forwarded to Witchcraft TV, or send to us we-transfer, or Dropbox. Links can be sent via Facebook or email. You will receive confirmation once we receive your submission. We will review your submission within 48 hours and notify you if it has been accepted or rejected. If accepted, we will publish your project on our platform and promote it on our social media channels.

“You will retain all rights to your work”.

Your shows will stream weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly as you decide.

Witchcraft TV will conduct weekly meetings every Saturday at 8pm eastern via the link provided in our social media chatroom. Weekly meetings are not mandatory but encouraged. It is also encouraged to share Witchcraft TV social media posts.

To utilize the axiom, “Fairly take and fairly give” we offer a free 30-60 second commercial in exchange for your content.

Witchcraft TV will produce a free commercial to promote your show.

Your free commercial is separate from your show's commercial, and it is your responsibility to create it. If you need help with video editing for your free exchanged commercial, our network offers a discount price of $50.00 for commercial video editing creation.

Welcome to The Witchcraft Herald! We are excited to have you contribute to our online magazine and blog. To ensure consistency and quality across all our content, please follow these universal writing guidelines:

1. Content and Tone

  • Relevance: Ensure your article is relevant to the themes of witchcraft, paganism, and the occult. We welcome a wide range of topics, including historical practices, modern rituals, personal experiences, and community events.
  • Tone: Maintain a respectful, inclusive, and engaging tone. Our goal is to create a welcoming space for all readers, regardless of their background or level of experience.
  • Originality: Submit original content that has not been published elsewhere. Plagiarism is strictly prohibited.

2. Structure and Formatting

  • Title: Provide a clear and captivating title that reflects the content of your article.
  • Introduction: Start with a compelling introduction that grabs the reader's attention and sets the stage for your article.
  • Body: Organize your content into clear, concise paragraphs. Use subheadings to break up the text and make it easier to read.
  • Conclusion: End with a strong conclusion that summarizes your main points and leaves the reader with something to think about.

3. Length and Style

  • Word Count: Aim for articles between 800 to 1,500 words. This range allows for in-depth exploration of topics while keeping the reader engaged.
  • Language: Use clear, concise, and accessible language. Avoid jargon and overly complex sentences.
  • Voice: Write in the third person unless sharing a personal experience or opinion.

4. Citations and References

  • Sources: Cite all sources of information, including books, articles, and websites. Use credible and reliable sources to support your content.
  • Formatting: Use in-text citations and provide a list of references at the end of your article. Follow a consistent citation style (e.g., APA, MLA).

5. Images and Media

  • Images: Include relevant images to enhance your article. Ensure you have the rights to use any images you submit.
  • Captions: Provide captions for all images, including the source and any necessary credits.

6. Submission Process

  • Format: Submit your article as a Word document or Google Doc. PDF is ok!
  • Email: Send your completed article to haroldcarter880@gmail.com.
  • Subject Line: Use the subject line "Article Submission: [Your Article Title]" to help us organize submissions.

7. Editing and Feedback

  • Review: All submissions will be reviewed by our editorial team. We may provide feedback and request revisions to ensure your article meets our standards.
  • Approval: Once approved, your article will be scheduled for publication on The Witchcraft Herald online at www.witchcrafttv.online.
  • Be sure to include an author's bio and a picture of your likeness in your submission.
